🔽 Warranty
We offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all products from the date of purchase. Where a product is determined faulty, Carparts2u will offer either a refund or replacement product only. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
Warranty excludes damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Misuse, abuse, or modification
- Crash Damage
- Natural disasters or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Accessories or bonus items
Warranty is for the part only — it does not include labour, towing, or any indirect costs.
🔽 Fitment Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure parts are correct for their vehicle prior to installation. If unsure, contact us with your vehicle details or VIN or Rego
🔽 Installation Recommendation
We highly recommend that all parts are installed by a licensed mechanic or automotive professional. Improper installation may void warranty and cause part failure.
🔽 30-Day Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases. To qualify:
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Return the item within 7 days of notification.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return freight unless the part is incorrect or damaged.
If Carparts2u arranges return freight, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may be adjusted if the item is damaged upon return.
🔽 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us immediately to initiate a return.
- Inspection is completed within 5 business days of return.
- Approved claims receive a refund or replacement.
- Warranty is void if the item has been altered or misused.
- In rejected claims, buyer covers return freight (capped at original shipping cost).
Storage fees apply after 14 days (5% of item value).
🔽 Product Availability & Pricing
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we aim to keep inventory accurate, product availability is not confirmed until order processing. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a refund.
🔽 Shipping at Buyer’s Risk (Large Panels)
Certain bulky items are shipped at buyer's risk due to courier limitations. All parts are brand new and checked thoroughly prior to sending. We use our own custom designed heavy duty packaging to send these products around the country to reduce the risk in sending these types of products. Below are some of the products (but not limited to) that qualify for Buyers Risk:
- Bonnets
- Tailgates
- Boot lids
- Front & Rear Doors
- Door Shells
We take great pride in our packaging, but unfortunately any transit damage will be covered at the buyer’s expense.
🔽 Refunds
Upon identifying a fault:
- We may offer a refund or replacement product
- Refunds may be partial if buyer error contributed to the issue.
We do not cover:
- Labour or fitting costs
- Damages to other parts
- Towing or downtime
If we send the wrong part, we’ll cover the return and reship. If the buyer ordered incorrectly, they are responsible for return freight
🔽 Returning Items
To return an item:
1. Submit your return through the RETURN FORM page
2. Our team will process the request within 24-48 hours & contact you with next steps
🔽 Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
- Delivery can take between 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Important Delivery Information:
- Please ensure your delivery address and mobile phone number are correct at checkout.
- PO Boxes cannot accept items over 25kg or longer than 1 metre.
- Delivery occurs during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Redelivery fees apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unanswered phone numbers, or inaccessible premises.
🔽 Authority to Leave
By selecting ‘Yes’ at checkout (or confirming with our Customer Service Team), you grant Authority to Leave (ATL). This means your order may be left at your delivery address without a signature.
By selecting this option:
- You agree that the parcel is considered received once delivered and left at your address.
- Carparts2u and our delivery contractors are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from ATL delivery.
- You release Carparts2u from all claims or costs (including financial or consequential losses) arising from the parcel being left unattended.
If you do not provide Authority to Leave, you or someone must be present to accept delivery.

All products sold by Carparts2u are either New Aftermarket or GENUINE OEM where stated on the product listing. All products are TO SUIT or SUITABLE FOR the compatible listed vehicles. Carparts2u DOES NOT manufacture any products.Â
🔽 Limitation of Liability
Carparts2u is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:
- Vehicle damage
- Labour or fitting costs
- Loss of income
- Towing or downtime
🔽 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Transport disruptions
- Supplier shortages
- Strikes or civil unrest
🔽 Privacy Policy
We collect data for operational and statistical purposes only. Any personal data (name, phone number, email) is used solely for order fulfillment and communication.
We never share your data without your consent and comply with Australian Privacy Law.
We also use cookies for shopping cart and remarketing purposes.
