We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused parts in original, re-saleable condition.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Special order items or clearance stock may not be returnable — contact us first to confirm.
If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in original condition, a partial refund may apply.
📦 How do I return or exchange an item?

- Rego or VIN Number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return
We will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 24-48 hours & one of our parts experts will be in contact with you regarding your return or exchange request
🔁 Can I exchange a part for a different one?
Yes — provided the part is:
- Within the 30 day return terms
- New & Unused
- In original packaging
Contact our team and we’ll help arrange an exchange for the correct item. Shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for exchange.
🧰 Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes. All parts sold by Carparts2u come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of up to 12 months, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Certain parts, like radiators, include extended warranties up to 24 months. Warranty applies to manufacturer defects and product faults — not misuse, incorrect installation, or accidental damage.
